INSTRUCTIONS
1- सबसे पहले आप अपनी आयु ग्रुप में रजिस्ट्रेशन करके पेमेन्ट कर दें !
First, Register in your Age Group and make the Payment.
2- रजिस्ट्रेशन करते समय अपना नाम, ई०मेल०, मोबाइल नं० और पता सही भरें।
While Registering, fill your Name, E-mail, Mobile Number & Address correctly.
3- मोबाइल नंबर में अपना व्हाट्सअप नंबर भरें क्योंकि GarjanArt की टीम आपको व्हाट्सअप के माध्यम से सम्पर्क करेगी !
Enter your WhatsApp number in the mobile number field, because GarjanArt’s team will contact you via WhatsApp.
4- पेमेन्ट करने के बाद, आप अपने दो स्केच सब्मिट कर सकते हैं !
After making the payment, you can Submit your two sketches.
5- स्केच किसी भी मीडियम और किसी भी साइज में भेज सकते हैं !
You can submit sketch in any medium and any size.
6- स्केच ओरिजिनल होने चाहिए !
Sketch must be original.

RESULT
- सभी ड्राइंग हमारे सीनियर और प्रोफेशनल आर्टिस्ट द्वारा जांची जाएंगी !
All Drawings will be checked by our Senior and Professional Artist.
- रिजल्ट दो चरण में घोषित किया जायेगा !
Results will be declared in two phases.
- पहले चरण का रिजल्ट – 10 July 2026
Phase 1 Results – 10 July 2026
- दूसरे चरण का रिजल्ट – 20 July 2026
Phase 2 Results – 20 July 2026
- पहले चरण में – हर ग्रुप से Top 30 ड्राइंग चुनी जायेंगी ! फिर चुनी हुई उन 30 ड्राइंग को बनाने वाले आर्टिस्ट को एक टॉपिक दिया जायेगा ! सभी आर्टिस्ट को उस टॉपिक पर 3 दिनों में स्केच बनाकर भेजना होगा !
In the First Phase – Top 30 Drawings will be selected from each group. Then, Artists who created those selected 30 Drawings will be given a specific topic. All Artists will have to create a Drawing on that topic and submit it within 3 days.
- दूसरे चरण में – टॉपिक बेस्ड ड्राइंग में से फाइनली 3 ड्राइंग (हर ग्रुप से) विजेता के लिए चुनी जायेंगी !
In the Second Phase – Three Drawings (from each group) will be finally selected as winners from among the topic-based Drawings.
- रिजल्ट हमारी वेबसाइट पर अपलोड किया जायेगा !
Result will be uploaded on our website.
PRIZES
- विजेताओं को ट्रॉफी और प्रमाण पत्र डाक द्वारा उनके घर पर भेजे जाएंगे।
Trophies and Certificates will be sent to the winners’ home by post.
- सभी प्रतिभागियों को ई-सर्टिफिकेट दिया जाएगा। (परिणाम घोषित होने के बाद)
E-Certificate will be given to all the participants. (after the declaration of Result)
- विजेताओं के लिए प्रोफेशनल वीडियो मुफ़्त में शूट किए जाएँगे।
Professional videos will be shoot for the winners free of charge.
- प्रतियोगिता में भाग लेने वाले किसी भी प्रतिभागी को अगर अपना प्रोफेशनल वीडियो शूट कराना होगा तो उनका विडियो शूट भी मुफ़्त में किया जायेगा।
Any Participant in the competition who wishes to get a professional video shoot, their video will be filmed free of charge.
IMPORTANT
1- यदि आप Google से डाउनलोड की गई या AI द्वारा बनाई गई कोई ड्राइंग सबमिट करते हैं, तो हमारी टीम द्वारा आपकी भागीदारी रद्द कर दी जाएगी।
If you submit a drawing downloaded from Google or generated by AI, your participation will be cancelled by our team.
2- जब किसी प्रतिभागी का नाम प्रतियोगिता के विजेता के रूप में आएगा, तो उनका एक फोटो लिया जायेगा (पोस्टर बनाने के लिए) !
After the name of the Participant comes in the Contest Winner, a photo of them will be taken (for making the poster)!
3- सभी भाग लेने वाले आर्टिस्ट केवल उन्हीं चित्रों के आधार पर विजेता बनेंगे, जो उन्होंने स्वयं बनाए हैं और स्वयं ही भेजे हैं।
All the participating artists will become winners only on the basis of the drawings made by them and sent by them only!
4- सभी प्रतिभागी अच्छे आर्टिस्ट हैं, फिर भी जिन प्रतिभागियों का नाम विजेताओं की सूची में नहीं आया है, उन्हें बिल्कुल भी निराश नहीं होना चाहिए; क्योंकि किसी भी प्रतियोगिता में भाग लेने का उद्देश्य केवल जीतना ही नहीं, बल्कि स्वयं को बेहतर बनाना होता है।
All the participants are a good artist, yet the participants whose name does not appear in the winner list should not be disappointed at all because participating in some competition is done not only to win but to improve themselves.

- Group 1 : 5yr to 10yr – ₹ 50
- Group 2 : 11yr to 16yr – ₹ 60
- Group 3 : 17yr to 22yr – ₹ 70
- Group 4 : 23yr to 30yr – ₹ 80
- Group 5 : 31yr & Above – ₹ 100
