How to Sell Paintings, Drawings
How do I Register on GarjanArt to Sell Artwork Online ?
Register: Visit Sell Artwork & pay the registration fees.
Upload Your Artwork: Upload your artworks one by one, with the necessary information.
Sales, Order & Delivery Process: Once you receive an order, you need to pack the painting & courier to GarjanArt or the buyer.
Payments: Once we confirm delivery to the buyer, you will receive your payment within 5 to 7 days in the bank account provided by you. charge 10% commission of the price quoted by you.
In Which Format or Size do I Upload my Artwork ?
Preferred format is JPEG or PNG with a size of less than 2MB. Ideally, an image clicked by a good quality Mobile fulfils both the criteria.
Ensure that you click good quality images as images of poor quality might affect the purchasing decision of the buyer.
Kindly upload only original paintings that are exclusively yours. By accepting the terms & conditions while uploading the images, you are bound to maintain the originality of paintings to the buyer. Your certificate with painting is proof of the same.
Please do not upload copied/reproduced/similar paintings of known or unknown artists, as it’s a violation of the terms & conditions accepted by you on GarjanArt.Com
How Many Artworks can I Upload ?
A registered artist can upload as many artworks at starting from 1 to many. We recommend our artists to upload maximum paintings, a higher number of paintings in your profile means higher chances of selling. In fact, all our top selling artists have more than 25 paintings each.
Does GarjanArt Promote our Artworks ?
We are charging you Rs. 129 so that we can promote your art.
At GarjanArt, we promote the artworks on social media platforms.
We have a dedicated team to promote GarjanArt online aggressively to get the maximum buyers from social Media and various search engines.
Who decides the price of the artwork ?
It would be decided by you. There are no restriction on prices as such.
What Percentage does GarjanArt Charge from the Artist on Sales ?
We charge 10% over & above the price you quote, covering the charges including commission, promotions, shipping, handling etc.
How do I know when my Artwork is Sold ?
Once your Painting is sold on GarjanArt.Com, you will receive a confirmation email.
How do we pack our paintings ?
Roll the painting, cover with bubble wrap. Now put it in a plastic pipe or hard paper roll. Certificate of AuthencityTake a color print out on Photo paper, write the place & undersign for each painting. Put the certificate in the same plastic pipe/hard paper roll with the painting. Close the open ends of pipe & wrap with water proof material. Our team will reach out and share the delivery address.

What if customer didn't like my painting ?
We have an unconditional 15-days return policy for customers. In case customer wish to return the painting, we will first recall it to our premises and check for any damage. If found okay, we will forward it back to you. Returns usually happens when image shared by artist is too different from the actual painting. So make sure your images and actual painting are in sync.
