INSTRUCTIONS
- Contestants must create a piece of nail art using only flat nail painting 2D technique in the ‘Blue Flower’ theme.
प्रतियोगियों को ‘Blue Flower’ थीम में केवल फ्लैट नेल पेंटिंग 2डी तकनीक का उपयोग करके नेल आर्ट बनाना होगा।
- Draw the design on all nails of one hand only.
डिजाइन केवल एक हाथ के सभी नेल्स पर बनाएं।
- Using several colours and show the creative skills.
कई रंगों का उपयोग करें और रचनात्मक तरीके से बनाएं।
- Apply the same design to all the nails.
सभी नाखूनों में एक समान डिजाइन लगायें।
- Contestants must send two digital photographs: one of the finished hand and the other of the working design. And also send a video of about one minute making the same design.
प्रतियोगियों को दो डिजिटल फोटोग्राफ भेजने होंगे : एक फिनिश्ड हैंड का और दूसरा वर्किंग डिजाईन का। और साथ ही साथ उसी डिजाइन को बनाते हुए लगभग एक मिनट का विडियो भी भेजें।

RESULT

PRIZES
- विजेताओं को ट्रॉफी और प्रमाण पत्र डाक द्वारा उनके घर पर भेजे जाएंगे। (ट्रॉफी, प्रमाण पत्र और डाक का भुगतान विजेता को ही करना होगा)
Trophies and Certificates will be sent to the winners’ home by post. (Trophy, Certificate and Postage to be paid by the winner)
- सभी प्रतिभागियों को ई-सर्टिफिकेट दिया जाएगा। (परिणाम घोषित होने के बाद)
E-Certificate will be given to all the participants. (after the declaration of Result)

If you download and send your Nail Art from Google, then your participation will be canceled by our team.
2- Participant का नाम Contest Winner में आने के बाद उनका एक फोटो लिया जायेगा (पोस्टर बनाने के लिए) !
After the name of the Participant comes in the Contest Winner, a photo of them will be taken (for making the poster)
