INSTRUCTIONS

1- रजिस्ट्रेशन करते समय अपना नाम, ई०मेल०, मोबाइल नं० और पता सही भरें।

While Registering, fill your Name, E-mail, Mobile Number & Address correctly.

2- मोबाइल नंबर में अपना व्हाट्सअप नंबर भरें क्योंकि GarjanArt की टीम आपको व्हाट्सअप के माध्यम से सभी जरुरी सूचनाएं देगी !

Enter your WhatsApp number in the mobile number because GarjanArt’s team will give you all the necessary information through WhatsApp.

3- रजिस्ट्रेशन करने के बाद, दिए गए टॉपिक पर अपनी डिजिटल आर्ट बनाएं !

After registration, Draw your digital art on the given topic.

4- डिजिटल आर्ट बनाने के लिए टेबलेट या कंप्यूटर का इस्तेमाल करें !

Use a tablet or computer to draw digital art.

5- आर्टवर्क कलरफुल बनाएं !

Draw the artwork colorful.

6- आर्टवर्क कम्पलीट हो जाने के बाद उसे JPEG, JPG या PNG फॉर्मेट में हमारे ऑफिशियल नंबर (+91) 9415686229 पर Whatsapp करें !

After the Artwork is completed, send it in JPEG, JPG or PNG format on our official number (+91) 9415686229 via whatsapp.

7- उसी आर्टवर्क बनाते हुए लगभग एक मिनट का विडियो भी अवश्य भेजें !

Please also send a video of about 1 minute making the same artwork.

8- आर्टवर्क को किसी भी बाहरी स्रोत द्वारा वॉटरमार्क न करें, कोई कंपनी का लोगो, ट्रेडमार्क नहीं होना चाहिए या कॉपीराइट सामग्री न भेजें ! व्यक्तिगत लोगो और हस्ताक्षर की अनुमति है !

Artworks must not be watermarked by any external source, cannot have any company logos, trademarks or otherwise display copyrighted content which does not belong to the Participant. Personal logos and signatures are allowed.

9- आर्टवर्क मौलिक होना चाहिए, प्रतिभागी के स्वामित्व में होनी चाहिए, और किसी भी तरह से बौद्धिक संपदा अधिकारों का उल्लंघन नहीं करना चाहिए !

The submitted artwork must be original, owned by the Participant, and should in no way violate intellectual property rights.

RESULT

  • सभी डिजिटल आर्टवर्क हमारे सीनियर और प्रोफेशनल आर्टिस्ट द्वारा जांची जाएंगी !

All Digital Artwork will be checked by our Senior and Professional Artist.

  • 3 विजेता चुने जायेंगे !

3 winners will be selected.

  • रिजल्ट हमारी वेबसाइट पर अपलोड किया जायेगा !

Result will be uploaded on our website.

PRIZES

  • विजेताओं को ट्रॉफी और प्रमाण पत्र डाक द्वारा उनके घर पर भेजे जाएंगे। (ट्रॉफी, प्रमाण पत्र और डाक का भुगतान विजेता को ही करना होगा)

Trophies and Certificates will be sent to the winners’ home by post. (Trophy, Certificate and Postage to be paid by the winner)

  • सभी प्रतिभागियों को ई-सर्टिफिकेट दिया जाएगा। (परिणाम घोषित होने के बाद)

E-Certificate will be given to all the participants. (after the declaration of Result)

IMPORTANT

1- Participant का नाम Contest Winner में आने के बाद उनका एक फोटो लिया जायेगा (पोस्टर बनाने के लिए) !

After the name of the Participant comes in the Contest Winner, a photo of them will be taken (for making the poster)

2- सभी Participant एक अच्छे Artist हैं फिर भी जिन Participants का नाम Winner List में न आये वो बिल्कुल निराश न हों क्योंकि कुछ Competition में Participate सिर्फ जीतने के लिए नहीं बल्कि खुद को बेहतर बनाने के लिए किया जाता है !

All the participants are a good artist, yet the participants whose name does not appear in the winner list should not be disappointed at all because participating in some competition is done not only to win but to improve themselves.
